Easily Navigate All Apps List in Windows 10 Start Menu

Start Menu in Windows 10 is completely different from its previous versions. I like the new design and I find it better than Windows 8 and 7! Clicking the Windows button will take you to the Start menu which will show you the list of Most Used apps and Recently added apps. There are live tiles in the right side of the menu (which you can easily remove and get more slimmer Start).

Clicking the "All Apps" link will show all the installed in your PC. All the apps are listed alphabetically. Since it is alphabetically sorted, you will end up scrolling until you reach your desired app. Tada! Easy. No? No. There is a much easier, better way to get up to your Apps! If you don't want to navigate "All Apps" list without that much scrolling the Alphabetically sorted apps then there is an easy built-in method to navigate apps in Windows 10 Start Menu.

Here's another easier way to explore apps in Windows 10 Start. Read the following steps or watch the video attached at the bottom of this post.
  • Click Start button to open Start Menu and then click on All Apps link. It'll show you the list of all the apps as shown in the screenshot given below.

  • Click on the letter "A" in the list.
Tip: You can click on any other letter or number.

Note: I guess the app name name you're looking for doesn't start with the first few letter of the Alphabet.
  • Clicking the letter "A" will show you a grid of Alphabet. Clicking on any of the letter will take you to the list of apps which starts with that letter. See the screenshot attached below.

  • If you'll look closely then you can notice that some letters are brighter than the others. The ones which are greyed out indicates that there aren't any apps to show for that letter and the letter which are brighter indicates that there are apps with the name starting with that letter.
